i know that i can't use copyrighted music, but what about music licensed under creative commons? for example: if it were licensed under cc-by-sa, would i still need to censor the audio? maybe people tried to blam my animation because of the audio...

There's a lot of free royalty music you can use for your animations/games without the risk of getting them unpublished by a copyright infringement (as long as you credit them properly) that the own site offers in the "Creator Resources" page - here's the link, in case you might be interested in checking it out:

If its under CC-BY-SA, you won't need to censor it, but you'd need to put your anim under the same license.
Word of advice: Check the Audio Portal for music - there's a treasure trove of music there you can use without issue.
